This Privacy Policy describes how Aravind Spirituality ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Aravind WhatsApp service.
When you send a message to Aravind via WhatsApp, we receive the content of your message and your WhatsApp phone number. We store conversation history on our servers solely to provide continuity of the service. We do not collect your name, email address, or any other personal information unless you choose to share it in a conversation.
We use your messages solely to generate responses from Aravind and to improve the quality of the service. We may review anonymised conversation excerpts internally. We never use individual conversations for advertising purposes.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or conversation history with any third party, except as required by applicable law. We use the WhatsApp Business API provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. to deliver this service.
Conversation history is stored on our servers for as long as you use the service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing meetaravind.ai@gmail.com. We will delete all stored conversation data associated with your number within 7 business days.
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including encrypted storage and access controls.
This service is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
